Wandering New Zealand: Kaiteriteri kayaks in the Abel Tasman National Park

In Kaiteriteri (we were never quite sure how many ‘teri’s were in that while we visiting) myself and a small group decided to stay an extra night so that we could explore the coast line on a kayaking day out. Wandering New Zealand: Taupo & the Tongariro crossing

In the beginning

Mountain climbing, raft riding, sky diving, there isn’t much you can’t do in Taupo. However since it rained for my entire stay, there wasn’t much I could do either. Taupo is the south islands answer to adventure, with plenty to do and see whether that be supping on the largest lake of New Zealand, exploring the beauty and power of hukka falls, or falling thousands of feet through the sky. Maybe she’s asking for it. But what a life eh? So far my own sheltered existence has resulted in little more than a scar on my right knee. I haven’t been coddled mind. I remember spending long summer days darting from rock to rock playing near the cliffs with my friend, daring the tide to catch us. She was always a lot better than me, fearlessly hopping about as I gripped on for dear life, attempting to catch up. Thats about as adventurous as it gets for me.

5 Things you probably didn’t know about health, fitness and dieting

Before you read on ask yourself: Do you want a good body for now, or do you want a good body forever?

If what you want is a quick solution then the advice is already out there: Stop eating, start running yada yada yada done. Unfortunately this is not a long term solution. To get a body you are happy in can be a slow moving process. It’s not too hard, and actually it’s quite simple, so although the transformation takes its time, I promise it will be worth the wait.
